MyTherapyWizard ships with dozens of standardized assessments, hundreds of questionnaires, a library of evaluation service templates, and multiple report types. Most organizations use a curated subset. Starred Templates lets org admins mark the ones your team actually uses, so they appear at the top of every picker your therapists see.
Four categories of templates, each with their own favorites tab: Assessments (Beery VMI, BOT-3, DAYC-2, DTVP, and more), Questionnaires (sensory screeners, caregiver forms, ENGAGE-S, FPOM, social-emotional check-ins), Service Templates (Adaptive Participation Early Childhood, Early Childhood 3y–5y, Short School-Age 5–13, and more), and Report Types (Full Evaluation, Screening, Progress, Abbreviated Evaluation, Assessment Report).
Non-starred templates remain available under “Other Templates”, nothing is hidden or removed. The goal is speed for the 80% of evaluations that use the same half-dozen templates, without cutting off the long tail.
Product screens, workflow diagrams, and example outputs. Replace each slot with a real screenshot or illustration.
The technical architecture, API integration points, and data model that make this feature work the way it does.
Persistent top bar across all inner tabs. Client-name pill opens a slide-out caseload drawer with search. No back-navigation needed. Alert dots: red = urgent, amber = due soon. Respects 'Manage only caseload patients' permission.
Each row: primary action + 'Submit for review' button. Submit dims the row, changes label to 'Sent to admin', decrements the badge, and logs a timestamped notification. No separate routing tool; admin sees the review request in their worklist.
Messages tag by client-name pill, stay inside MyTherapyWizard, replaces emailing about patients. Admin replies show a resolved badge when marked done. If 'Manage only caseload patients' is enabled, therapist can only tag and view threads for their own patients.
Non-active POCs, evaluations, and notes collapse at the bottom of the Record tab. Nested structure: evaluation → associated POC → session notes spanning that POC's date range. Existing data, UI-only nesting, no schema change required.
Therapists pick from your team’s curated shortlist instead of scrolling through the full library. Most evaluations start with one click on a favorited template.
When the whole team starts from the same curated set of templates and assessments, documentation patterns stay consistent, easier for supervision, easier for audits.
Rather than telling new therapists “figure out which assessments we use,” the starred list shows them. The long tail is still there when they need it.
